Editorial & Publishing Policy

Akwapoly International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (AIJMR) publishes original experimental and theoretical peer-reviewed papers from all disciplines, without compromising quality, speed, accessibility, global presence, and impact.

Opinions and views. AIJMR publishes well-articulated, blended, scholarly, and topical articles, concept notes, critiques, review papers, commentaries, and personal opinions as presented by individual authors and groups. The journal is not liable for any encumbrance, litigation, or dispute arising from the use of any part of the originating material by such authors. Views and opinions as authored are published believing them to be true and legal materials of the authors, without moral or legal consequence to the editorial board, editorial advisory board, or their policies, views, or endorsements.

Errors, omissions, or commissions. The journal disclaims liability that might arise from errors, omissions, or commissions in relation to the use of data, information, advice, or recommendations proffered by authors in their articles. Readers may subject published materials to re-evaluation and standardisation to ascertain the validity and reliability of authors' claims — research is a continuous process, built on the re-examination of previous work.

Copyright infringement. Should any dispute arise in relation to copyright infringement, AIJMR is not liable, since it is the responsibility of any author making use of copyrighted material to seek and obtain permission before use. All authors are encouraged to obtain the permissions and rights necessary to reproduce or adapt copyrighted materials within their work before submission.

Ethical principles. AIJMR is committed to promoting ethical research conduct and reporting. All authors must comply with the ethical principles of voluntary participation, objectivity, anonymity, non-discrimination, informed consent, privacy, honesty, openness, integrity, legality, and community/social relationship in their research activities leading up to publication. Where an issue touches on ethical misconduct, AIJMR applies its established ethical principles to deal with the allegation decisively.

Open Access & Licensing

All articles are published under a CC BY 4.0 licence and are freely and immediately accessible upon publication, with no embargo period.

Peer Review

Every submission undergoes editorial screening followed by peer review before an editorial decision is issued.
